Before i bought i asked if specific chips were damaged.He implied by showing dark close up pics to where i assumed it was good and in turn there was a damaged chip. Card is non-fixable not fixable. Not happy! Paypal wont do anything cause they dont care about the quality of goods recieved only if i got the item.
